Progress 1:

Open "file", click "new" and choose document type as "international paper", size "A3", wide "297", height "420". Open "file" back and click "place embedded...", choose and put a chosen picture

Progress 2:

Crop the picture with "lasso tool"

Progress 3:

Done crop the background and name the layer 'portrait'

Progress 4:

Open new layer select the picture with "magic wand" and colour it black with "colour bucket tool"and name the layer 'black'

Progress 5:

Open new layer and put any bright colour by using "brush tool" with opasity of "30%" and name the layer 'bright colour'

Progress 6:

Open "file" and click "place embedded...", Choose any image that you want to blend it with your 'portrait'. Then, "right click" that layer and click "clipping mask"

Progress 7:

Done make it clipping mask and setting the opasity by "40%" of the layer and name the layer 'bush'

Progress 8:

Open "file" and click "place embedded...", Put any second image. "Right click" the layer and click "resterize layer". Then, crop the background by using "lasso tool". "Right click" back the layer and click "clipping mask"

Progress 9:

Done make second clipping mask by opasity of "60%"and name the layer 'klcc'

Progress 10:

Create a new layer before/under the first layer that is 'portrait' layer and use "gradient tool" to make rainbow color as background and name the layer 'gradient'

Progress 11:

Create another new layer before 'gradient' layer and put any image as background and name the layer 'sky background'

Progress 12:

Put any crop image between 'sky background' layer and 'portrait' layer and name the layer bird

Progress 13:

Arrange 'portrait' layer on top of 'black' layer

Make sure all layers is arranged like this from above:

-bush

-bright colour

-portrait

-black

-bird

-sky background

-gradient

-background
